CERN Hotel – Building 39
Building 39 will be under maintenance from October 2021 to June 2022.
Great care will be taken in order to minimize impact on comfort and availability. Please note that noise will be recurrent in day time (08:30-18:00) during certain phases.
1. Hotel information
The CERN Hotel Reception is located at the ground floor of building 39.
Due to the current situation with coronavirus, these may result in a reduction in certain services and amenities that are normally available.

The hotel operates a non-smoking policy.

2. Check-in policy

If you arrive outside the opening hours of the Reception, room keys can be obtained from the security guard on duty at the entrance to CERN’s Meyrin site – Gate B (building 120).
IMPORTANT: All persons entering the CERN site must be in possession of a card issued by CERN certifying that they are authorised to do so. Access cards are issued by the Registration service and Access Control Service in building 55 or building 33. CERN guarantors may apply for a limited-duration visitor’s card on behalf of another person by sending an e-mail to the following address: external.visitor@cern.ch.
