Swing Space

The building 653, or the Swing Space, is used to host temporarily people that need to vacate their offices in case of renovation and refurbishment works. After 5 years of usage, it started showing some sign of wear which is normal for a prefabricated building, therefore the need to renovate the building.

The goal of the Swing Space is to offer an inspiring, flexible and affordable working environment turned towards exchange and interactivity, allowing people to work independently or collaboratively in shared office space, offering a suit of office-like amenities such as hot-desks, private meeting rooms, and places to exchange over a coffee. Speaking in numbers, the Swing Space now offers 3 open spaces that can accommodate 6 people, another one for 18 people, besides offering coworking spaces for 8 people, 5 individual offices, 2 small meeting rooms and a couple of breaking rooms. What was once a building with a capacity for 31 people, now can accommodate a total of 48 people.

The Swing Space is a good example of flexibility, innovation and efficient space management.
