The upcoming Community event organized on 17th September 2024 to commemorate CERN’s 70th anniversary is shaping up to be an extraordinary celebration.

SCE department, under the leadership of Veronique Sogno, is coordinating to the last detail the catering, logistics, transportation, waste management, registration system (opening early summer), communication with secretariats, works schedule for any construction around the event, tents installation, R1 facilities redevelopment, and many more.

Security, access control, parking, road traffic, are managed by our Security Service.

This event engages most of the SCE campus services and teams. Big bravo to the team which is working tirelessly to ensure a memorable experience.
