A new application dedicated to ServiceNow supporters has been released by the SMS group: the “ServiceNow Agent” application. This Android-IOS-compatible application enables real-time follow-up of activities in ServiceNow.
It allows ServiceNow tickets to be viewed and processed on a seamless mobile interface. Its main screen not only gives access to all the standard tickets assigned to a supporter or group but also offers calendar and geographical representations of the tickets (Incident, Requests and Work Task).
It features a list of tickets not yet assigned, a button for creating simple actions as a requester, and many functionalities to ease tickets management as photo/document uploads, mapping representation and communication with end users.

To download this app, just connect to the Store on your mobile device, install ServiceNow Agent and complete the requested server with cern.service-now.com and log in with your CERN credentials.
