The CERN Service Management Forum (CSMF) is organised and presented by Isabel Fernandez González (SCE-SMS) together with Florentia Protopsalti (IT) to maintain good relations and dialogue with the CERN community.

This sixth forum will present the video training for ServiceNow Foundation, the operation of the future CERN Community Support Center (B33) with a demonstration of the Onboarding Dashboard prepared by SCE, and the ServiceNow integration options with InforEAM and InforLN.
