Phase 04 design was completed, and the tender documents were issued to a selected group of potential bidders on December 16, 2024. The potential Contractors offers are expected on April 16, 2025.

Key milestones have already been achieved, including the completion of civil works to deviate the existing buried services. The cable pulling activities carried out by EN-EL are underway.

In parallel, the Invitation to Tender (IT) for the advanced parking works near Building 775 has been issued, with bid submissions expected on January 24th, 2025. Site visits and bidders’ conference are ongoing to facilitate the IT processes for both the 775 parking works and the main IT for Building 777.

This progress marks a significant step forward in Prevessin’s future development and the new infrastructures part of the building 777 program.
