In the past, booking a room at the CERN hotel was limited to a certain category of customers. But for more than one year, the CERN hotel booking rules have been extended to a wider range of users.

The housing services offers a “last-minute” deal, allowing anyone with a valid CERN access card to book a room only 15 days in advance, and for a period maximum of 2 weeks. The offer is thus available to Employed and Associated Members of Personnel, Contractors, and Temporary workers. It brings flexibility and low rates in a local area where housing is highly stressed, offering solutions for professional visits, short-term projects or training sessions.
