The CERN Service Management Forum (CSMF) is organised and presented by Isabel Fernandez González (SCE-SMS) and Florentia Protopsalti (IT) to maintain a continuous dialogue with the CERN community.

This seventh forum will demonstrate how to manage network field support using only ServiceNow, the integrated process across systems for Electrical & HVAC interventions, the Building components of accelerators using a well-orchestrated workflow and how ServiceNow and InforLN manage external jobs and billing efficiently.
