According to Women In Technologies’ “We Got You Covered” campaign, major efforts have been made to improve the availability of hygiene supplies at the CERN site. The initiative recognizes the value of providing basic hygiene supplies to support women in the workplace.
Hygiene product supplies have been positioned in women’s restrooms throughout the CERN campus as part of this program. A POI function has been added to the GIS Portal in order to improve accessibility and convenience even more. Thanks to the development of this sorting filter, all the places where these hygiene reserves can easily be found.
SCE has already implemented this initiative and has placed a box with basic hygiene supplies in the women’s restroom on the ground floor of B54 and in the women’s restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of B73. The initiative will also be extended to the 1st floor once the renovations in B73 are completed.
