From 13 December 2024 to 25 April 2025, we’ll be upgrading the kitchen infrastructure of Restaurant 2 (Meyrin) to bring it into compliance standards and improve functionality.

This final phase of renovation includes refurbishing the ground-floor technical area and negative cold room (on basement), upgrading the delivery dock, and replacing the lift. These upgrades respond to several inspections, fire safety audits, and feedback from the catering team.

Throughout the works, services remain uninterrupted, apart from the VIP service which is temporarily relocated to R1 (or adapted as needed) and tray cleaning which is available only on the first floor.
