 ADAPTATION OF BOOKING RULES

 

Following a successful testing period during the pandemic, the SCE department is opening housing services to a wider audience.

Anyone with a valid access card to CERN (MPE, contractor, MPA, TEMP, etc.) may now book a room at the hotel to improve their working comfort, and/or if an exceptional situation requires it.
 

    Rules & Conditions

  • Reservation is possible only if availability at the hotel allows it;
  • Reservation is possible only 15 days in advance and for a period maximum of 2 weeks renewable by written request;
  • Current prices;
  • Accompanying persons without an access card cannot access the Hôtel de Meyrin
  • A limited number of rooms will be available for this offer in Meyrin; no limit to Schuman;
  • Conditions :
    • Valid access to the CERN site.
    • Stay as part of an official CERN mission.
  • Reservations by email at the following address: housing.service@cern.ch
  • The client must sign a sworn statement on arrival specifying that his stay at the CERN hotel, or the Schuman residence, as part of an official CERN mission
  • Reservation to be secured with credit card information, and payment on site. If the payment is by Budget Code or Team Account, the reception may ask for the authorization of the Supervisor
