The SCE department is committed to build a close relationship with the CERN community, and the CERN Service Management Forum (CSMF) is a concrete expression of this value.
This event is organised and presented by Isabel González (SCE-SMS) in partnership with Florentia Protopsalti from the IT department.
The main purpose of the CSMF is to disseminate Service Management best practices, present, recent and/or future functionalities implemented in the CERN Service Management Tool (sNow), and to allow the Service Management teams to better understand services needs to align future developments. The event is open to all Supporters interested in a structured approach to service management and users of the Service Management Tool.
