This document presents and describes the main objectives of the Department and the progress achieved since the beginning of SCE in January 2021. The mandate and organization of each Group are explained, together with highlights of the work carried out in the last 18 months.  You will also find out the professional background of the Group Leaders, some figures from routine activities in SCE, interesting statistics of the SCE team, and a final section looking forward to the SCE activities in the next 18 months.

Being an overview of the activities of our Department directed to both CERN’s community and external stakeholders, this document is available on the SCE website under the menu "About us" with unrestricted access.
