1. Access to the CERN wifi
You can register your laptop or mobile device and connect to the CERN network on a temporary basis for up to four weeks.
Registering the computer and all network interfaces you intend to use (e.g., Ethernet, wire-less) is mandatory at CERN. Only registered computers will get network access.
If you already have a CERN account, you should use the CERN or eduroam network.
If you do not have a CERN account, you should use the CERN-Visitors network.

2. Hotel & Apartments Code of Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please read the Code of Conduct and abide by it throughout your stay.
3. Laundry service
To offer our guests a more pleasant stay a laundry service is available and is located in the basements of buildings 38, 39, and 41.
We remain at your disposal for more information regarding this service at the hotel reception during our opening hours.
4. Sheets and Towels
Sheets are changed every six days, and towels every three days.
5. Welcome Amenities
You will find welcome amenities in your room upon arrival. These are also available for purchase at the reception in building 39, should you wish more.
6. Delivery of luggage lost by air company
In case the air company loses your luggage, you may have it delivered to the CERN Hotel, on the condition of either informing reception immediately upon arrival or sending an email to access.surveillance@cern.ch, indicating that you are expecting luggage to be delivered from the airport.

8. The Infant Feeding Room
A quiet and clean room is now available, at the CERN Hostel, for parents who would like to feed their infant or express breast milk (bldg. 39), but also for pregnant persons in need of a quiet place to rest. This room is located on the 1st floor of the building, the key has to be requested at the reception desk. Opening hours are from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm during weekdays, and 9 am to 4.30 pm during weekends. The room is equipped with a comfortable chair, a water dispenser, a changing mat, and easy access to electrical outlets.
