PPM Mandate

The Project Portfolio Management Group is responsible for end-to-end delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects shaping the built environment that enables CERN’s scientific excellence.

Specialised in Civil Engineering field, the group manages a diverse and evolving portfolio of projects, including underground structures, experimental facilities, office and laboratory buildings, and utility infrastructure. It oversees the complete project lifecycle from strategic definition, feasibility and design, through procurement, execution, and commissioning, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
