SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CERN has an arrangement with an external taxi service. This service can be used for trips to and from CERN (e.g. airport, train station, etc.), but also for trips on-site, or between CERN sites (e.g. for people with reduced mobility).

For professional trips, taxi vouchers can be obtained from departmental or group secretariats only (follow the procedure documented on the service portal).

Trips must requested by the client directly with the taxi company; the service desk #77777 can help if necessary.

For private or professional trips starting on the CERN site; clients must inform the CERN guards service in order to ensure access to the CERN site for their taxi, using the form available from the service portal)
