In the last SCE Technical Seminars that took place on 29 May, 4 June and 5 June, several of our colleagues have demonstrated applications of the LEAN concept through projects they’ve developed and which led to their Green Belt Certification.

Gilles Bollinger, Elsa Clerc, Flavio Costa, Raul Fernandez, Eric Lienard, Magdolna Pierre and Damien Joste not only felt satisfied that they have learned a great deal (and way of working), but that it is possible to continue with it in their daily work and with other teams.

New certification process and LEAN projects are already on track, one of them applying to the Goods Reception and Picking processes at the central store (in collaboration with our colleagues from BC).
