New facilitation building for CMS

CMS is in the process of installing a new facilitation building to house parts and tooling for the detector during LS3. The building, measuring 40m x 20m, will be positioned between B3553 and B3570.
Originally, the plan involved reconstructing the entire area and installing piles to anchor the building and transmit the load of the crane (which is in the building) to the ground. However, a brainstorm within the SAM-CE team led to a more efficient solution: focusing solely on perimeter piles. This design allows the building to be anchored to the ground, with loads flowing from the roof down into the piles. This innovative approach minimizes costs by reducing the number of required piles and improves the circulation and installations options into the building.
At the time being, the building's perimeter has been excavated, and piles have been installed to a depth of seven meters. The next step is to cast anchorage connections and advancing CMS's capabilities during LS3.
