Due to new data protection requirements, the disposal of confidential documents will now be handled by Transvoirie, in partnership with Katana. Katana will be responsible for the destruction of these documents at its site in Satigny.

The documents will be destroyed using an approved machine with certified level 3 security.  A  work  order  will  be  sent  to  our  service,  along  with  a  certificate  of destruction. A copy of these documents can be provided on request. The costs relating to the delivery/collection of containers, exchange of containers and the destruction of documents are now charged to the requestor. The costs are as follows:

-  Delivery/collection or exchange of 120-litre or 770-litre container: 10.40 CHF

-  Destruction/recycling of documents: 537 CHF/ton 

The 120-litre containers have a secure slot and are locked; the key is provided to the person making the request. The 770-litre containers do not have a slot; they are locked and the key is provided to the person making the request.
