Mutualised mailboxes: You've Got Mail!

The internal mail distribution service is continuously exploring optimization solutions.

For over a year now, it has notably implemented a system of shared mailboxes per corridor to streamline the routes of its postal workers, optimize their journeys, all while maintaining a consistent level of service for users.

B54 is among the many buildings that have adopted this system: a single mailbox per floor where individuals can collect their mail as they pass by. This approach has allowed for 35% of the 2400 distribution points that existed in 2022 to be reduced.

It has not been extended to the entire site as some buildings are less conducive due to their layout, office distribution or quantity of mail distributed. However, the initial results of this policy have proven to be truly effective for our postal workers.

So, it's time to adopt the necessary steps and to check the mailbox in your corridor: you might have a letter waiting for you there!
