The SCE department is committed to build a close relationship with the CERN community, and the CERN Service Management Forum (CSMF) is a concrete expression of this value.

This event is organised and presented by Isabel González (SCE-SMS) in partnership with Florentia Protopsalti from the IT department. After a successful run of two previous CSMF, they are preparing a third one.

The main purpose of this Forum is to disseminate Service Management best practices, present, recent and/or future functionalities implemented in the CERN Service Management Tool (sNow), and allow the Service Management teams to better understand services needs to align future developments. The event is open to all Supporters interested in a structured approach to service management and users of the Service Management Tool.

This third edition of the Forum will be held on Thursday 2 March, from 10:30 to 12:00, via Zoom. The agenda is available in Indico.
