The CERN Campus App has entered its beta testing phase, promising to bring enhanced functionality and convenience to the CERN community. The app is now undergoing thorough testing by a dedicated group of approximately 60 beta testers.
During this phase, the testers will diligently explore the app, identifying any potential bugs and providing valuable feedback to fine-tune its performance. Their input will be crucial in refining the app and ensuring a seamless user experience. Expected to be released to the public in mid-August, the CERN Campus App boasts an array of useful features.
Emergency notifications to keep users informed about safety and security, a convenient SOS button for direct access to CERN's emergency services, restaurant menus, opening times, and occupancy, an interactive site map, the CERN’s directory, information about many campus services including housing, mobility options, registration, library resources, Adams system, and campus stores. The centralized access to resources and information will facilitate the campus experience for the CERN community.
As the beta testing phase progresses, the valuable feedback from testers will ensure that the app continues to develop to meet the highest standards of functionality and usability.
