The Inter-Site Tunnel will undergo renovation works starting on 20 September 2024, for two weeks.

It will be completely closed to vehicles on 23 and 24 September all day. Access to Route Schrödinger will also be closed for the Entrance-E direction until 7 October inclusive. Traffic control signage and barriers will be installed on the roads giving access to the tunnel and Route Schrödinger.

Apart from this temporary closure, traffic during the renovation period is expected to be minimally impacted through the Inter-Site Tunnel. Access will remain open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. under the supervision of a security guard and still require specific transit authorization  (ADaMS).
